This policy explains what information Sacred Harvesters International Christian School ("we", "us", "the school") collects through this website, why we collect it, and how it is kept safe. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Contact and enquiry forms: when you send us a message or ask to visit, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide.

Admissions applications: when you apply on behalf of a child, we collect information about the student (name, date of birth, gender, year group, previous school, medical notes if provided) and the parent or guardian (name, relationship, email, phone, address, occupation) so our admissions team can respond.

Portal accounts: staff, parents and students with a login to the dashboard have an account record (name, email, role) and, depending on role, related records such as attendance, assignments, lesson materials and, for staff, payslips.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not collect payment or card details through this website — see the Cookie Policy for the cookies we do use.

Much of the information we hold relates to children, submitted to us by a parent or guardian through an admissions application or by school staff maintaining student records. We only use this information for legitimate school purposes: admissions, education and pastoral care. Parents and guardians can contact us at any time to review, correct or ask questions about their child's information.

We use the information above to respond to enquiries, process admissions applications, run portal accounts for staff, parents and students, and keep families informed about their child's education. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to run the school (for example, a bursary or exam board) or where required by law.

Portal accounts are protected by hashed passwords and secure, time-limited sessions. Access to student, parent and staff records is restricted by role: staff and parents can only see the students and classes relevant to them, and only administrators can manage accounts. Uploaded files (library resources, lesson materials, payslips) are stored securely and served only to people permitted to see them.

This site uses a single essential cookie to keep you signed in to the portal, and no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

We keep enquiry and admissions information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request or process an application, and student, parent and staff records for as long as the relationship with the school continues, plus any period required by law or good school-record practice.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To do so, contact us using the details below.
